Mail your donation to CCDC

Bi-Lo Bonus Program
Download and print a copy of the CCDC barcode and the next time you shop at Bi-Lo scan this barcode along with your Bi-Lo bonus card. This one-time scan of the CCDC barcode will designate to Bi-Lo that 1% of your grocery receipt be donated to CCDC each time you make a purchase.

Click on link below for the CCDC In-Kind donation form. Complete the form including information about you donation and click the submit at end of form and your information will go to the CCDC office. You will be contacted.
